You enter the house through a charming veranda whose glass front affords wonderful views of the garden. Breakfast is served here in the summer and guests can enjoy a wonderful range of homemade breads, cakes, jams, honey and fruit juices. At other times of the year you can have breakfast in the large kitchen, under exposed beams beside a cosy log fire.
In the parlour, which is reserved for guests, you will find a wealth of literature and information about the area which will help you plan a most interesting stay. Off the parlour, there is a large bedroom with magnificent views of the surrounding hills, fields and hamlets. This room also has a large en-suite bathroom furnished, as is the rest of the house, with beautifully restored antique pieces.
Up the wooden stairs, you come to a cosy bedroom under the eaves of the roof, with a round window looking out onto the picturesque village of Montefabbri.
This room can also provide additional accommodation for a group of friends or family, who can share the bathroom downstairs.
The third and largest bedroom looks out onto the flower garden and orchard. This room also has a delightful fireplace and a very original en-suite bathroom which leads onto a secluded terrace, where you can relax in the sunshine and enjoy the spectacular panorama.
